Warranty Service Request
Please note that prior to scheduling a service agent to attend site, credit card details will be required the at time of scheduling (when we contact you to arrange a day and time).
Should the problem be in relation to installation, lack of maintaining or mistreatment of the equipment or it is outside of the warranty period (please check the warranty period in “Warranty Against Defects” in our “Warranty Terms & Conditions”), you will be charged for the service call (no charges will be made to your credit card with legitimate warranty calls). Failure to supply credit card details at time of scheduling will cause cancellation this service request.
Note: Warranty not applicable outside of Australia (this includes external territories such as Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, etc), custom warranties negotiable for Overseas customers, contact us for more information.
