We use specialised and custom freight forwarders that understand the care required for the transportation and delivery of glass door refrigerated units. Our drivers use hydraulic lifts on their trucks and take the time to ensure a smooth roll-in position delivery into businesses. Common freight companies only deliver pallet style packages and shop keepers do not usually own forklifts.
We know from many years of experience that distributors change products, in some unfortunate cases close down or even mistreat the property given to them. Our freight forwarders can make a quick assessment and/or take photos of the refrigerated units upon collection so we can report this immediately to you to ensure issues can be followed up.
