The HBBR4 Huxford Back Bar Refrigerator or Under Bar Refrigerator is a double door, commercial display chiller which is durable and reliable. The internal operating temperature is between 0-4°C so it will store and display dairy, meat, seafood, processed foods (all “potentially hazardous foods” as classified by most Australian Government Food Safety Standards & Authorities) as well as perishable foods, drinks and beverages. Unique “patented” airflow technology keeps the contents consistently chilled to temperature. Because of the waist high working height, it comes with a durable stainless steel working bench top. It can also be rolled or mounted under a counter or bench. Designed with compact components for maximum horizontal storage capacity and wide visual display area, capable of holding an ample amount of product. The top mounted bright internal LED lights are perfect for attracting customer attention to product. Featuring the universal Replaceable Refrigeration Package, interchangeable between all HBBR models which simply slides in and out and requires no tooling. Essential for any business that wants minimal down time in case of fridge failure, especially for perishable foods. Complying with Australian (and NZ) Government MEPS (Minimum Energy Performance Standards) these units are rated 3M1, 4M1 & 5M1. Fitted with a Carel digital controller that also controls the internal light and digitally displays the temperature. These units are designed with durability in mind, for everyday heavy use.
